A pool is a circuit: skimmer, pump, filter, heating, disinfection, inlets. Each link decides water quality and running costs. In our Son Oms showroom this circuit is running: you see, hear and compare before you decide.

Salt or membrane electrolysis produces the disinfectant from salt, so less chemicals in the water.
Heat pumps extend the season, and a cover makes them far cheaper to run.

On site at your property or in the showroom: location, use, budget, technology wishes.
Planning
Pool shape, construction method, plant room and water circuit are defined together with you.
Construction
Excavation, shell, waterproofing, finish, with our construction teams and local tradespeople.
Technology
Installation of filter, pump, disinfection, heating and controls. Hand-over training on your system.
Service
On request our service team takes over the upkeep, regularly or seasonally.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build a pool in Mallorca?
It depends on the construction method, the site and the permit. After the site visit we give you a realistic schedule, and plan so that your pool is ready for the season.
We bought a property with an old pool. Renovate or rebuild?
Usually the shell can be kept and the waterproofing, surface and technology renewed. We inspect the structure, pipework and plant room on site and tell you honestly what is worth doing. Jens Langer talks in depth about second-hand pools in episode 63 of the Swimming Pool Podcast.
Salt electrolysis or chlorine?
With salt electrolysis the disinfectant is produced from natural salt directly in the circuit. The water is softer and chemical use drops. In the showroom you can compare both systems in operation.
Do you also look after the pool when we are not on the island?
Yes. Our service team is out across the island every day, looks after pools according to an individual cleaning plan and delivers chemicals. We can also fix emergencies at short notice.
Can I see the technology beforehand?
Yes, that is what the showroom in Son Oms is for: filters, pumps, electrolysis, heat pumps and whirlpools are running there. Monday to Friday, ideally by appointment.
