Pool construction in Mallorca

From the idea to the finished pool: we plan the shape, construction method and plant room together with you, build with our own teams and hand over a pool that suits the property and the island climate.

A pool for every type

Four construction methods, each with its own character, technology and budget. Which one suits you we work out on site.

  • Steps of a tiled pool in light blue mosaic

    Tiled pool

Fine mosaic tiles, precisely laid: the tiled pool is the complete work of art among pools. Colour, format and joint pattern decide how the water looks, from bright turquoise to deep blue.

    • Finish: glass or ceramic mosaic
    • Shape: freely planned, infinity edge possible
  • Pool with stone balustrade and sea view

    Concrete & exposed concrete

The classic method, thought through for today: exposed concrete with clean structures and clear lines. Robust, durable and possible in any shape, from lap pool to overflow edge on a slope.

    • Structure: reinforced concrete, waterproof
    • Finish: exposed concrete, render or tile
  • Pool with light liner in front of a finca in evening light

    Liner pool

High-quality PVC liner makes the liner pool the economical, long-lasting solution, also for renovating leaking pools. Colours and textures are freely selectable.

    • Finish: reinforced PVC liner
    • Strength: renovating existing pools
  • Compact tiled pool with parasol in a garden

    Mini pool

For townhouses, patios and small gardens: smart planning turns a few square metres into a full pool with counter-current system, bench and lighting.

    • Size: from a few square metres
    • Extras: counter-current, bench, light

Second-hand pools

Many properties in Mallorca are bought with a pool, and with its twenty-year-old technology. We inspect the shell, pipework and plant room, seal, renew surfaces and upgrade to glass filters, electrolysis and variable-speed pumps. Usually the shell stays, everything else is renewed.
