Pool service across the whole island
At 32 degrees water temperature an unattended pool turns in days. Our five-person service team is out across Mallorca every day, keeps water values and technology in order, delivers chemicals and is there when something fails.
What a service visit includes
For every pool we draw up an individual cleaning plan, according to size, use, planting and technology. A visit usually includes:
- Water analysis: pH, chlorine or salt, alkalinity, hardness
- Skimming the surface, vacuuming the floor, brushing the walls
- Emptying skimmer baskets and pump strainer, backwashing the filter
- Checking dosing and electrolysis, topping up chemicals
- Plant room: pressures, leaks, running noise, controls
- A short report to you, even if you are not on the island
Service that stays
Regular care
Weekly, fortnightly or by season, with a regular technician who knows your pool.
Chemical deliveries
Daily across the island: salt, pH agents, flocculant, winter care, straight to the plant room.
Repairs and emergency service
Pump failed, water green, leak in the plant room? We restore order to your pool within a very short time.
Initial equipment and accessories
Cleaners, test kits, covers, accessories, from the Son Oms warehouse, advised by people who use them daily.

In the Son Oms industrial estate near Palma we show technology, accessories and whirlpools, as the only showroom in Mallorca with working pool technology. Personal advice and live demonstration, Monday to Friday.
